Many police are advising children do not go trick or treating this year, with Oklahoma City Police Chief William Citt saying, “We understand that children and even teenagers and adults like to be out on Halloween having a good time…..”
#2 Ban The Clowns
“Police in almost every city in the country are conducting a far reaching and intensive investigation in an attempt to find out more information about this alleged purge and how to stop it. The recent spate of so-called killer clown attacks has taken the innocent fun out of festivities and has reduced the annual occasion to one of genuine terror.”
#3 Don't Go Out
“But this is much bigger than Halloween, these people [clowns] will be purging that night, and we must protect ourselves at all costs. Lock your doors and have your legally acquired firearm ready if you have one.”
#4 Clowns Arrested
Oklahoma City police have already arrested three clowns after monitoring social media activity of the suspects. The arrested clowns have confessed that other clowns will rob, beat and murder innocent people they see on Halloween.
