Lifeguard Terry spotted this 5 year old girl trapped in a raging current on Bondi Beach in Australia.

He was able to pull the little girl onto his board and make sure she was breathing.
#3 Rough Waves
Knowing every second counts, he fought the rough waves to get to the little girl.
#4 Contact
Finally he makes contact with the girl before she went under.
#5 Sprung Into Action
Grabbing his board he rushed out to help her, hoping he got to her before she went under.
#6 Back To Mom
With a warning to the mother to stay within the yellow flags, Terry returns the little girl to shore.
#7 Rescued
Rescuing little ones brings back sad memories for Terry, who lost his son during childbirth when the baby became trapped in the birth canal.
