Isn't she lovely? Kate has had breast augmentation, but in a very subtle way. Also, her nose has been getting thinner and sharper over the years. And she's looking good!

Let's be fair: she looks like a drag queen in the first picture. Now, her nose looks slimmer and she looks much prettier, but maybe it's due to the fact that she's lost over 70 pounds and a couple of pounds of makeup too. We're not so sure about surgery here...

Gwyneth has never hidden the fact that she gets Botox to keep her skin young and soft. We believe she's also had a nose job, and she's looking great.

We don't think that she's had anything done to her lips -they've always been full- but her nose is definitely narrower than it used to be. And it looks perfect.
