But a recent study that was published in the scientific journal PLOS ONE found out that the size that women prefer is actually very close to the average penis size. The 75 women who were sampled for this study were asked to choose from 33 life-size penis models.

The average length and girth for a one-night stand were 6.4 inches in length and 5 inches in girth. But when it came to long-term partners, the preferred length was 6.3 inches in length and 4.8 inches in girth.
