#1 Sugar Face
This is the face of someone who is allergic, or has eaten way too much sugar. Sugar will cause you to break out and zits will appear all over.
#2 Dairy Face
Dairy face would occur when someone eats dairy of course, but it's more specifically the lactose that their body has trouble with. It almost makes them look like a meth head in a wayso be careful with all that cheese!
#3 Wine Face
Wine face occurs when someone hits the sauce a little too hard and happens to be allergic to sulfates. Wine is full of that stuff, especially red wine, and it causes some people to get rosy looking cheeks for a few hours. But it can also contribute to inflammation, dry skin, and even mood swings.
#4 Gluten Face
Gluten triggers inflammation in the body, which has a negative effect on your liver. When the liver can't process the gluten out of the body it builds up and causes a puffy face and body.
#5 Fried Food Face
Fried food face is similar to dairy face. The biggest difference is that fried foods don't even offer any protein or calcium like cheese does.
