Couple Arrested After Police Look Into Baby’s Mouth

Hawkins is being held on $50,000 bail, and Herron’s bail is $25,000. The baby is with social services.

Billy Ray Hawkins, 21, and Rachel Jade Nicole Herron, 19, are horrible parents, They took their baby to the hospital because there was a teething toy stuck in the mouth. They claimed the toy had exploded but there was bruising on the baby and blood on the toy. Police were called.
